AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT
Many products in our store are in stock.
The order of this type will probably be processed within 2-14 business days from the order date.
In the case of payments by bank transfer, the number of days required to credit the transfer must be added to the date.
If for some reason the realization of the order should delay, the customer will receive an email with the confirmation of the new construction date.
In the case of "individual order" products, orders will be processed within 6-8 weeks. The date will be indicated individually
TIMES OF REALIZATION OF THE ORDER
The standard products are shipped within 2-14 business days from the date of order and payment. If the order is placed on the working day after 4:00 pm or on the holiday, we treat it as if it were done on the next business day. In the case of payments by bank transfer, the number of days required to credit the transfer must be added to the date.

TIME OF DELIVERY
Delivery is made by the courier. Delivery times depend on the carrier, the type of goods and the address of the recipient. For couriers it is usually 1-2 working days from the time of shipment of the package, if the delivery is made in Italy. The date and time of delivery are not dependent on our store. After sending the package we will send you an email with the tracking number.
SHIPPING ABROAD
Our "DecoBelle-Boutique" shop delivers products abroad, in all European countries (EU and outside EU).
Shipping costs to other European countries are defined individually, depending on the address of the recipient and the size of the order.

AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY
At the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier, check the status of the package.
1. Carefully check the outer packaging (if it is not damaged, torn, deformed, drilled, wet)
2. If everything is correct, sign the transport document. If the external packaging is damaged, report this information in the transport document. Withdraw the goods, but do not allow the courier to leave.
3. Open the parcel in the presence of the courier and check if the goods are complete and the products are not damaged. If the carrier does not agree, inform him that in case of damage or non-compliance of the goods will have the obligation to return to draw up the damage assessment report.
4. In case of suspicions regarding the external appearance of the package, ask the courier to draw up the damage assessment report. If the quantitative and qualitative non-conformities at the time of delivery have not been ascertained, the Customer may have difficulty obtaining any compensation for damages or theft. Ask the carrier for the damage assessment report.
Make sure that:
The courier has filled in all the fields of the damage assessment report; in the field "observations / notes" all your observations are reported in case you did not agree with the information contained in the damage assessment report;
the courier has drawn up the report in accordance with the actual status of the parcel;
the report has been filled in your presence. It is not permissible for the courier to give you the report just to sign. If so, please contact us;
the courier has left a copy of the completed report.
All comments regarding the condition of the package or its contents must be sent to us no later than 24 hours. To this end, send us the message (along with attachments). In the message, specify the order number and describe what happened. Enclosed send the photographs of the damaged packaging (from all sides, especially the damaged points), as well as the inside of the package together with the films, expanded polystyrene, etc. Write also if you want the goods to be replaced or prefer to be reimbursed.
